Mr. Dennis Collins
Mr. Collins graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 1981, the University of Virginia in 1985 and Seton Hall University Law School in 1989. During the same year, he became licensed to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court and joined the Long Branch firm of Gagliano, Tucci, Iadanza and Reisner, established in early 1930s. In 1995 the firm changed its name to Tucci, Reisner and Collins. Mr. Collins left to start his own firm in 2001 and formed Collins, Vella and Casello in 2005.
Mr. Collins represents, in the public sector, local governing bodies, local agencies and school boards. He represents several large and mid-size development companies in both land use and transactional matters. He also represents various mid-size companies as both general counsel and litigation support. Mr. Collins still enjoys providing individual legal counseling ranging from residential real estate to small business support.

Mr. Gregory Vella
Mr. Vella graduated from St. John Vianney High School, Albright College in 1992 (accounting major), and Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995. That same year he was admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars and to practice in the District Court.
He joined Tucci & Collins, P.C. in April 1997 and became partner on January 1, 2000. Previously, Mr. Vella was employed by the Office of the Monmouth County Prosecutor and Hugh B. McClusky and Associates in Asbury Park. On April 1, 2004, he partnered with Mr. Collins to form their own firm. He handles all litigation, including municipal, juvenile, county, federal and administrative law and has appeared before numerous school boards, township councils, planning boards and zoning boards.

Mr. Joseph Casello
Mr. Casello received his B.A. from Boston University in 1989 and J. D. from Rutgers Law School-Camden in 1993. He joined the firm as a partner in January 2005. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Casello was first an associate and then a member of Broege, Neumann, Fischer & Shaver. Mr. Casello practice consists primarily of representing clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Casello also represents clients in litigation matters in the New Jersey Superior Court and United States District Court of New Jersey.
He previously served as first law clerk for the Honorable Kathryn C. Ferguson, U.S.B.J. from 1993 until 1995. He is the former chairman and member of the Lawyers Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Casello previously served as Secretary of the District IX Ethics Committee. Mr. Casello is a Past President and an active member of the Monmouth Bar Association.
