Mr. Casello joined Collins & Vella as a partner in January 2005. Mr. Casello concentrates his practice in representing clients in matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court as well as in litigation matters before the New Jersey Superior Court. He previously served as the first law clerk for the Honorable Kathryn C. Ferguson, U.S.B.J. from 1993 until 1995. He serves as the Chairman of the Lawyer's Advisory Committee to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and has served as the Chairman of the Local Rules Oversight Sub-Committee. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and he serves as a one year appointed Trustee of the Association. He also co-chairs the Monmouth Bar Entertainment Committee.

In addition to appearing regularly before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and the New Jersey Superior Court, Mr. Casello practices in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Casello received his B.A. from Boston University in 1989 and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School - Camden in 1993.
